TLDR; We’re all given 168 hours each week. How will you spend them?
Fittingly, as Neil Pasricha puts it in The Happiness Equation,
Every Monday morning, every single person on Earth is given 168 hours…
He goes on to describe that there are 168 hours in a week and that it can conveniently be divided into 3 equal blocks of 56:
If you sleep 8 hours/night, that’s 56 hours each week.
If you work 8 hours/day, that’s 56 hours each week.
So what are you going to do with your other 56?
This post could go a number of directions, from work-life-balance to sleep habits, or the difference between being rich and being wealthy, but I’ll resist for brevity’s sake.
What are you going to do with your 168 this week?
See you Monday.
